Biographical information

Dr. Salaam is the Medical Director of Adolescent Services at Friends Hospital in Northeast Philadelphia, and a Clinical Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at Drexel University College of Medicine. He is a Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association and a founding member of Global Health Psychiatry, LLC, founded by 10 African-American Psychiatrists to reduce mental health stigma in diverse communities through education and community action.
